Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Lead Construction Sales Estimator to join our growing estimating team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or estimating, preferably within the landscaping industry. This role will involve estimating medium to large-sized residential projects, managing client relationships, and promoting our services to commercial clients year-round.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in sales or estimating
• 5 years of experience in sales or construction management
• Proficiency in PC and computer software
• Experience with CRM software preferred
• Knowledge of landscape, plants, hardscape, deck and fence building, and other construction materials preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies to expand customer base and increase profitability
• Meet sales goals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Handle customer issues and complaints effectively

Sales & Estimating:

• Conduct initial consultations and site assessments for new projects
• Prepare and present proposals in a professional manner
• Manage customer interactions from initial contact to project completion
• Monitor project installations and maintain strong customer relations
• Continuously pursue new projects and develop strong sales techniques

Snow and Ice Management:

• Assist with snow and ice management operations as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate project demands
• Ability to maintain work-life balance

Compensation:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $7,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month with commissions
